Inspired by the confident spirit of Brazil, grounded in biomechanics-based glute training, and united through a global club of women who lift each other up, BGC is more than a fitness studio — it is a movement.

“Glute” anchors the brand in methodology. It stands for intentional, science-backed training built on biomechanics, progressive overload, and localized ankle-weight glute work. It reflects structure, technique, posture, longevity, and measurable results.

“Club” represents belonging and shared identity. Like a Rotary Club, it signals membership, values, and connection. It means this is not just a physical studio; it is a global club of women who support, encourage, and grow together, both in person and virtually.
